- Student Account Activation
Follow the process
found on the
VandalSetup web page at
http://vandalsetup.uidaho.edu/. Your PIN is initially set to your
birthday in the format MMDD00 (ending in two zeros). For
example, if your birthday is August 22nd your PIN would
initially be 082200.
If you do not know your PIN you may have it reset by phone.

- Employee Account Activation
Employees are
provided with initial account information during New
Employee Orientation through Human Resources. You may
use this initial password to login to the 'Account
Management' site at
http://support.uidaho.edu/. Select the 'Change
Passwords' option on the menu and follow the instructions to
change your password. If you know your VandalWeb/Employee
Web PIN you may also use the
VandalSetup
account activation site.
If you do need to reset your PIN you must follow the
instructions on the web page:
http://www.registrar.uidaho.edu/registration/pin-information.html.
If you do not have a PIN, or need a password reset in
person, please visit the
ITS Help Desk in the TLC Building Room 128.
You will need to bring a picture id.
After changing your password the first time, you may change your password in the future
by visiting the ITS Account Management page at
http://support.uidaho.edu/
or by clicking on the "Change Password" link on the
VandalMail
