The ITS OnSite
Team specializes in providing quality service and solutions to
the faculty and staff users of any University of Idaho owned
computer system. Below is a list of a few of the many services
we provide:
- Setup of new computers
- Installation of new hardware or software
- Printer configuration and troubleshooting
- Configuration of Windows 98, Windows 2000/XP, and
Macintosh 9.x and 10.x Operating Systems
- Installation and configuration of modems or network
interface cards for connectivity
- Troubleshooting of network, connectivity, application,
or other general computer problems.
Service Charges
The OnSite Support Team has a minimum service charge of $40.00.
Longer projects are billed in one hour increments at the same
rate of $40.00/hour. All charges are billed directly to your
department's budget. We will gladly furnish a receipt upon
request.
